A balanced, round aroma and rich taste, good full body. A decaffeinated blend with a balanced flavour and a velvety and persistent crema. A predominance of full-bodied Brazilian Arabica coffees and a small percentage of smooth Asian Robusta.
The use of supercritical carbon dioxide (CO₂) in our decaffeination process; a selective and gentle method that preserves the full sensory complexity of the coffee whilst removing the caffeine.
